JT FOREVER FOUNDATION

Striving to be a light in the midst of storm

JT Forever Foundation is a charitable organization devoted to making the lives of children with epilepsy a little brighter. We will be sponsoring an annual "Have a JT day" at Disney World for a family of a child with epilepsy. Upon request we send "JT cares packages" for children with epilepsy admitted to the hospital. We host an annual "JTs Birthday Toy Drive" donating toys to children in hospitals, outpatient centers and other special needs facilities. We sponsor families of children with epilepsy for Christmas. We were able to sponsor a seizure response dog for a child with epilepsy and donate to a special needs camp, all in JT's honor. With your support we can keep doing these outreaches and more. We can make a difference in the lives of these that fight grueling seizures, that are living life with the diagnosis of epilepsy. We strongly believe that spreading joy in JT's memory will positively impact the world for generations to come.

WHO WE ARE

I'm a mom honoring my sons life by providing a little joy and comfort to those living with epilepsy

JT was a bright light in this world. He was full of love and joy while fighting the battle that ultimately took his life. JT was diagnosed with Epilepsy two months before his third birthday and his seizures worsened with each passing year. He passed away September 17, 2015 at 10 years old from SUDEP (Sudden Unexplained Death in Epilepsy Patients.) He went to sleep and never woke up. JT loved baseball, babies, Madden and Buzz Lightyear. He was sweeter to his mama than anything imaginable. I have many notes from him thanking me for taking care of him during and after his seizures. We spent countless days and nights in hospitals, there were never-ending appointments, meds, specialists. Life was a fight and we had each other. Losing JT is a wound ever present in my heart and soul. Passing along joy, light and love in his honor gives me purpose and peace, knowing he will not be forgotten. Love you forever, Sweet JT.
